REHABILITATION OF MODERATE TO SEVERE TBI: SENSORY-PERCEPTUAL AND BALANCE DISORDERS IN TBI 

     Injuries to the cranial nerves, thalamus, and parietal cortex following TBI cause a wide range of sensory-perceptual and balance disorders, including disorders in the sense of smell and taste, visual and eye disorders, facial anesthesia, vertigo, pain, agnosia, neglect, and hemiinattention.
