A university assigned login and password is required to access this online information resource.     GeriU - the Online Geriatrics University Students use GeriU throughout their four years of training. The site houses all of the online interactive self-study modules and review materials for Geriatrics, Pain Management, and Palliative Care instructional activities. Students submit their independent assignments on templates provided on GeriU. At various times throughout their training, they will also complete some of the competency assessments on GeriU. A personalized username and password is required before you may access the GeriU system.   Google Calendar Google's Calendar is an organization tool which provides easy interent access to a personalized calendar which can be set up to send email or cellphone reminders.   Google Documents Students can use Google Documents to create internet-based Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint slide presentations. Students can use the collaboration abilities of this Google offereing for simultaneous editing of group projects. Google Documents offers a variety of output formats including PDF.   Google Scholar Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature. From one place, you can search across many disciplines and sources: peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, abstracts and articles, from academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories, universities and other scholarly organizations.
