The UMH Medical Library, a branch of the Louis Calder Memorial Library of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, makes a rich array of clinically-oriented resources and services readily accessible to support evidence-based patient care. Librarians provide vital healthcare and research information to UMH physicians, nurses, ancillary staff, administrative departments, UMH patients, and their families in a timely manner.

The library is located on the 2nd floor of the East Building, room 2010. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to noon. Physicians have access to the library during all hours through the Physicians' Lounge (and all others have access by contacting security). The library and the adjoining Physicians' Lounge have 7 computers, 4 printers, a copy machine, a fax machine, and a number of chairs and long tables to facilitate study, research, and collaboration.
